Thanks, I'm glad you liked it :) I was worried the back stories were getting a bit too much near the end where everyone's just info-dumping stories on Kurogane, but they were all important enough that I needed them in there. And I don't know if it's so much that Kurogane wasn't picking up on Fai being suspicious so much as he figures it's none of his business anyway and so ignores it until the truth is right in his face :P
