I am glad you enjoyed the action and intrigue parts of this story! :) I admit, the original concept was much simpler -- I added in the whole Fafnir subplot just to give Kurogane something to fight, because otherwise it would have been Kurogane and Yuui being stupid and refusing to act on their feelings for twenty thousand words.
