"But Spring 2013 is ages away," you probably thought to yourselves upon reading the title, right after you read this sentence about reading the title and went back and did just that. Haha! Got you again!

No but srsly the AU vs Canon Olympics were a blast & the olympics is one of our more popular events SO! The next Olympics will be Spring 2013, granting people enough time to get over the holidays/college exam bloodfest free-for-all (and for the college professors out there, the drunken winter break combined grading and kvetching about how much you hate your students). In order for the smoothest possible experience, and because I like to do things early under some kind of 100% mistaken belief that this makes things actually run smoother, your friendly kurofai maintainers would like your help in picking a theme for our next olympics! Yes, you! No, not you, no offense.

We've had two Olympics so far in the Kurofai fandom! What started off as a regular Romance vs Angst became AU vs Canon for our move to dreamwidth, and so for our third we're torn between sticking with what works and trying out a new theme. Obviously the best way to solve this dilemma is to turn to the members of the kurofai comm and say to you: what would *you* like to see, and/or write for? Would you like to see:

a) Romance vs Fluff
b) AU vs Canon
c) Something New (Surprise Me!)
d) Something New (I don't trust reikah's idea of a surprise because it pretty much always involves spiders so I will leave my suggestion in the comments of this post).

As you lot are pretty creative and/or arachnophobic, we're very excited to see your suggestions! Throw us anything you have, excepting perhaps Australian wildlife because we're all on to you in the land down under and we're having none of your nonsense. This post will remain up and valid um, basically forever, so if you stumble upon it in January, we're still quite willing to take your suggestions!
