It was a little bit surprising how big this fic turned out to be, but I suppose I only have myself to blame for that, haha. Still, I'm really happy you enjoyed it as much as you did, and that my attempt at a role-reversal of sorts worked well! I really enjoy playing with Kurogane and Fai's dynamics, so this was a great exercise for that.
Sakura was really interesting to write too, as she drove the plot despite being a supporting character, and also I love the idea of her being on her own quest and the people she meets following her - I suppose I gave her the role Syaoran technically fills in TRC!
Honestly, Kurogane's mother is a character that fascinates me, so I was really happy I could write her as powerful and dynamic - as soon as I heard the prompt I felt that she was part of it, so I'm stoked I got the chance to include her in such a meaningful way - and much the same for Elda, too!
Pfft, Kurogane's "battle horniness" is such a huge part of his character, lmao, I couldn't leave it out! Ahaha if anyone could fight a god into submission through sheer willpower, it would be Kuro-tan, that's for sure!
